There are some lessons, ones that are very valuable, that my father has taught me over the years about business and when you are heading out to business meetings: always be as presentable as you possibly can. I have literally taken his loving words of advice to heart and I always make sure to look my best by assuring that my hair care is in order, and that I am dressed to impress, not to mention wearing a pungent brand of my favorite designer men's cologne. Indeed, there are some things that your parents can teach you as you are growing up, or knowledge that they can bestow upon you, that really can come in handy for you over the years. For me, thanks to the hair care and men's cologne lessons, as well as being taught to always wear a suit and tie by my father, business meetings usually go in the direction that I want them to. I know that old saying, “Mother Knows Best.” But sometimes, as it turns out, so does my dad.
